It’s not easy for a home to make it to the Oasis website. Only the best homes that meet our exacting standards are chosen. Our team carefully selects homes that are clean, comfortable, and are located in top neighborhoods. When you book with Oasis, you get the entire place to yourself—not just a private room. Every home must be have kitchen essentials, a bathroom and WiFi. Plus, our homes don’t have any personal items. They are clutter-free, organized and clean. You’ll feel like your living in your own space, not someone else's.

We offer home rentals across the world. However, unlike other competitors, we handpick all of our homes ourselves to ensure high quality standards. We also add luxury hotel amenities including 24/7 access to an on-the ground destination specialist, service, linens, towels, toiletries and more.
Unlike other websites, when you book a home with Oasis, you’ll never be dealing with a stranger or homeowner—only with Oasis team members. Plus, our secure, encrypted platform keeps your payment and personal information safe.
Our homes generally have a 5-night minimum stay. However, this varies by destination based on local laws and regulations.

We’re committed to complying with local regulations. Some cities have zoning or administrative codes that prohibit short stays in homes.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
The currency varies by destination. Bookings will be completed with the displayed price and currency.
Payment is due at the time of booking, but is fully refundable up until 15 nights prior to arrival. For stays of more than 30 days, payment may be divided into 1-month increments.

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. The email will include your check-in date, check-out date, home address and additional information.
Our reservation specialists are happy to provide you with the nearest intersection. Due to our privacy policy, we can only share the exact home address after your reservation is confirmed.
Our standard check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. An earlier check-in and later check-out can be arranged depending on availability.

Our policies vary by booking channel, but for direct bookings via our website, bookings are fully refundable with 15 days notice. Within 15 days, the booking is non-refundable up to the first 30 days of stay (and fully refundable for any portion of the booking beyond 30 nights).

We seek homes that meet the high standards of our guests. In order for a home to be listed with Oasis, it must be clean, clutter-free, thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. Homes should also have fast WiFi, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. These are just a few of the things we look for. To find out if your home would be a good fit, fill out this form.

Cancellation Policy:
Unless otherwise specified during booking, if Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, payment will be refunded as follows:
For bookings of 1-89 nights:
If cancelled more than 14 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 14 night penalty will be applied.
For bookings of 90 nights + :
If cancelled more than 30 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled 29 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 30 night penalty will be applied.
Shortened Stay:
For bookings of 1-89 nights:
If requested more than 14 nights prior to the new check out date, the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.
If requested within 14 nights, the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.
For bookings of 90 nights + :
If requested more than 30 nights prior to the new check out date, the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.
If requested within 30 nights, the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.
Change of Dates:
For bookings of 1-89 nights:
If requested 14 nights or more prior to arrival, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.
If requested within 14 nights of arrival, and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:
1) 14 nights rent
2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
For bookings of 90 nights + :
If requested 30 nights or more prior to arrival, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.
If requested within 30 nights of arrival, and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:
1) 30 nights rent
2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
*Any change request is Subject to availability at the time of request along with any rate increase/decrease as a result of the date changes.
Month to Month / Notice to Vacate (USA only):
All reservations will automatically renew on a monthly basis, if available, unless either party gives a 14 nights' written Notice to Vacate. Any extension of the reservation may be subject to a change in the nightly rate.
